IWe're delighted with the repsonse and excited for what looks to be a great tournament. You can see who's playing and time schedules for each event, on our List of Teams page.

Signing in

If you are registered for any event(s), please make sure you and your teammate arrive at least 20 minutes before the event to sign in. There will be a Registration Table set up all day for registered players to sign in.

Wait Lists

If you are interested in waiting to see if there are late cancellations, please check in at the registration table and let us know you are waiting. We already have wait lists for many of the events, and we will add to those lists in the order received. There may also be opportunities to fill in for individuals.

Heat

The weather will be very warm, especially later in the day. Please stay hydrated. Bring chairs and shade if you plan to watch other events or rest between events.

Parking

There's a map to Luby Park on our website. Parking could be an issue, but the spots next to the courts are not the only places you can use. Here's a layout of the park showing all the parking spots:

To Sign Up for the Tournament

  1. Select the division you want to play in. Mixed Doubles and all Singles will be on Friday, June 21. Women's and Men's Doubles will be on Saturday, June 22. Event times are in the Division list, but are subject to change.
  2. Add the name for each player. You must have two names before signing up. We will not do player "matching".
  3. Add an email address and phone number for the Club to contact if we have questions.

General Information

You can sign up for more than one division: Mixed Doubles, Singles, and/or Men's or Women's Doubles.

The tournament will be held at Luby Park in Caldwell, ID. You can find a map for the park on our website, here.

Cost

Cost to play in a single division is free for club members and $15 per person for non-members. For each division past the first, the cost is $10 per person per additional division for both club members and non-members. Payment can be made at the event - cash or check only.

Check our List of Teams to find out who else is already signed up. We'll keep the list updated daily. This page also shows scheduled play times for each division.
